To use the Services, you must:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Mistaken purchases
Service dissatisfaction
Account suspension or termination
Misconfiguration by the user
Inability to use or access the Services
This no-refund policy is permissible under U.S. digital service laws.
You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
Illegal activities or unauthorized access
Hosting content that violates U.S. law
Deploying malware, exploits, or unauthorized automation
Overloading or interfering with service infrastructure
Attempting to bypass security, billing, or resource limits
Harassing staff or other users

Hosting prohibited content (e.g., hate groups, violent extremism, doxxing, etc.)
Violations may result in immediate termination.
If you provide data (e.g., server files, configurations, ticket attachments):
You retain ownership
You grant scuffedhost.com a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Services
You confirm you have rights to the content you upload
scuffedhost.com does not operate community forums or public posting features.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by scuffedhost.com without compensation.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms.
scuffedhost.com is not responsible for third-party content, systems, or policies.
Any unsolicited proposals or ideas sent outside support channels become the property of scuffedhost.com.
We may:
Monitor system usage
Enforce limits and security
Remove harmful or excessive data
Block or restrict access
Protect infrastructure integrity
Your use of the Services is subject to the scuffedhost.com Privacy Policy.
All data is processed within the United States.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days
This includes, but is not limited to:
Data loss
Security incidents
Service outages
Third-party software issues
Customer misconfiguration
You agree to indemnify and hold scuffedhost.com harmless from any claims related to:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Third-party rights violations
Harmful actions performed through your account
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
scuffedhost.com is not liable for loss or corruption of data.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures and records are legally binding.
California residents may contact the Consumer Affairs division as described in California Civil Code §1789.3.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and scuffedhost.com.
We may assign rights and obligations at any time.
If any part is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
